I have known Adrienne for the past two years.  She has taken care of my two children on numerous occasions and was truly an inspiration to them.  Her gentle nature and creative energy are a joy and I know she would be an excellent teacher.  She is well organized and disciplined and maintained control of both the house and the children.  She was always on time and flexible when plans changed.

I am writing this letter as a reference to Adrienne Koch.  When our children were small Adrienne served as our primary babysitter here in Seabeck.  Adrienne also worked for me on the Staff of Seabeck Christian Conference Center for two summers.

During all that time, we were always more than pleased with Adrienne's maturity and sense of responsibility.  She was excellent with the children, always came prepared with activities, and never gave us any reason to believe she could not have handled any situation that might have come up.  I would suggest you could get an even better recommendation from our kids.  They absolutely loved her and always looked forward to having her over.

As Adrienne's supervisor I can assure you that she is a very responsible young person.  She was very self motivated, took instructions very well, and got along with her co-workers, guests, and other staff.
