To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to provide this letter
of recommendation for Adrienne Koch.
Adrienne began working in June 2000 as
an Administrative Assistant for our A.C.E. North Seattle English Institute. She was actually seeking an E.S.L. teaching
position, but we did not have a class available for her at that time. So she temporarily accepted the position of Administrative
Assistant.
As the Administrative Assistant, Adrienne
was responsible for answering new students' inquiries, advising them through the registration procedure, and welcoming the
students upon arrival. She was in charge of collecting the tuition, keeping the accounting books current and maintaining
and updating the student files. She executed all these duties in a satisfactory manner.
In January 2001, a class became available
for her. She was happy to finally be part of the teaching team. Adrienne has a friendly approach in her teaching.
Students feel relaxed and comfortable in her class. She followed the A.C.E. Curriculum, designed her own class syllabus
and was readily available to her students for counseling. With more opportunity for teaching, she has the potential
to become an excellent teacher.
Unfortunately after this quick beginning,
we could not retain the services of Adrienne because of low student enrollment.
Adrienne is a good-natured person who
gets on well with co-workers and clients alike. She functions well in a team setting.
